Refund Policy

*Effective Date:  1st January  2024

At AidTech LLC, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

*1. Refunds*
– Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
– To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request.

*2. Refund Process*
– To initiate a refund, please contact us at llcaidtech@gmail.com or call us at 1-866-586-7255 with your order details and reason for the refund.
– Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  days, after deducting the one-time service fee.

*3. Partial Refunds*
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any service that is partially completed by the time of the refund request.
– Any services that were discounted or offered as part of a special promotion.

*4. Non-Refundable Services*
– Customized services that have been fully rendered.
– Any services explicitly mentioned as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

*5. Late or Missing Refunds*
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
